Abusive Sexual Contacts Law and Legal Definition
When used in the context of prisons and prisoners, abusive sexual contact means unwanted sexual contacts with another inmate. It may also include unwanted sexual contact with any prison personnel. Such contacts involve touching of the inmate's buttocks, thigh, penis, breasts, or vagina in a sexual way.
